Victory Musical Instruments Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

Victory Musical Instruments (VMI) stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our brass instruments. We offer a limited warranty to the original purchaser covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to brass instrument models manufactured by VMI.

What's Covered:

  1. Manufacturing Defects: Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the instrument.

  2. Acid Leak Protection: While no warranty is provided for the lacquer or paint finish, we understand that acid leaks can occur. For instruments experiencing acid leaks within the warranty period, VMI will repair or replace affected components at no charge to the customer.

What's Not Covered:

  1. Regular Maintenance: Routine maintenance, adjustments, and general wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. Customers are responsible for maintaining their instruments according to our care guidelines.

  2. Damage Due to Neglect or Abuse: Damage caused by neglect, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Service:

  1. Within the United States: Customers within the United States can contact VMI directly for warranty service. We will arrange for repair or replacement of defective instruments at our discretion.

  2. Outside the United States: For customers located outside the United States, warranty service will be facilitated through our authorized dealers. Customers should contact their local dealer for assistance with warranty claims. Please note that shipping costs may apply, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with warranty service.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, customers should:

  1. Contact VMI or Authorized Dealer: Reach out to VMI directly or contact your authorized dealer for assistance with warranty claims.

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or invoice) to validate the warranty claim.

  3. Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue and any relevant information to help us assess the warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability:

VMI's liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective instruments as outlined above. In no event shall VMI be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.

Warranty Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the instrument.
